The new NET Deed Plotter
( Version 5 of Deed Plotter

is a complete rewrite of Deed Plotter+
, has just been released. It is similar in operation to the past versions,
only better, with improved Curve Window inputs, and more robust Deed Conversion
from a Text file. The NET Deed Plotter
is an easy to use mapping program designed for non-surveyors. No expensive plotters are necessary. is designed for the MSWindows XP (with Service Pack 2), and the VISTA operating
systems. (IF your MSWindows, is not up to date and the
NET Deed Plotter
will not load, you need to upgrade your MSWindows with NET Framework 2.0.

"The Tract
1 shape seen on the left was created by the input calls from above. Since the
program allows for multiple parcels, which can be also manually inputted, read
in from text or added with the "Draw Tract with Mouse" feature. In
this case, the plot here shows an additional parcel that was created by
clicking on some "on-screen" points of Tract 1, then randomly
clicking around the parcel and returning to the starting point, by using the
"Draw Tract with Mouse" feature.
Commencing at the SW corner of Section 33, T.33N., R.79W., 6th P.M., thence N.89°51' E., a distance of 547.88 feet of the Point of Beginning; thence N.00°17' W., a distance of 893.75 feet; thence N.81°55'28" E. a distance of 1,173.10 feet; thence along a CURVE to the right having a radius of 1,000 feet, a chord bearing S.02°46'16" E. a chord distance of 548.12 feet; thence S.24°33'37" W. a distance of 554.01 feet; thence S.89°33'41" W. a distance of 953.14 feet, to the Point of Beginning.
Easy Entry into NET Deed Plotter+
After the entries above are completed, press [F2] to Draw, the Tract #1 seen below will appear. Tract 2 - an exception parcel (seen below in blue) was
created with the "Draw Tract Using Mouse" feature.

"Deed Plotter+ DXF Interchange Option"
Placing your Deed Plotter+ file on a digital USGS topo map is very easy. NET Deed Plotter+ and the All Topo Maps software (that reads digital USGS topo maps ) now can be used together with the
Deed Plotter+ DXF Interchange Option.

After creating a new "custom" BIG-TOPO map (or just using a standard digital topo sheet), you now would select a point on the map and "add to the waypoint list" The image on the left would show up after you clicked on the Deed Plotter Tab. You now browse to the file name, select line width and color and the property shape from the Deed Plotter file will appear on the All Topo Maps map. Edit to add text, etc., select the scale and print. |
